Kyiv Anti-Corruption Program is being reviewed by the working group led by Mayor Klytschko. On April 29, 2015, while discussing the project, OSF and RPR recommendations titled "Typical objectives and measures to develop municipal target program for preventing and combting corruption in Kyiv for 2015-2017" were taken as a basis.

OSF provided expert opinion for increased openness and transparency of Kyiv city authorities to improve the implementation of the legal requirements on access to public information in Ukraine’s capital.

All issues and shortcomings identified by the public examination of the Kyiv city state administration were systematized in a summary table, which provides legal grounds, negative consequences for city development, as well as the rights and legitimate interests of territorial community of Kyiv.

During 2013-2015, out of 17 clearly structured and reasonable issues on public information access, highlighted in OSF opinion,  only three problems were partially addressed.

On April 28, 2015 OSF experts presented the summary of existing problems in access to information. It was later offered for consideration to the Kyiv Anti-Corruption Council.
