OSF has issued a new policy paper titled “Coordination of the EU assistance at national level: Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia”, a final product of the same named project carried out by the Open Society Foundation, Ukraine, in partnership with the Foreign Policy Association of Moldova and Liberal Academy Tbilisi, Georgia, supported by the European Union and Secretariat of the Steering Committee of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum.
The authors focused on the EU assistance in implementing the Association Agendas in Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine, as well as efficiency and transparency of coordination mechanisms at the national level.
The paper contains up-to-date general recommendations, country-specific recommendations, and a toolbox to facilitate greater engagement of civil society organizations in monitoring and oversight of the AA implementation in the three countries.
